seamount season

Seamount season has arrived for us on the Dragin Fly and we are headed back out there today.  Our first 3 day trip was all about the fly and we could not make it happen, but we did get some shots.
Over 3 days the Dragin Fly, pulling only 3 teasers, we raised 17 blue marlin, 2 striped marlin and 2 sailfish, got bites on the fly out of at least 5 of them but did not stay connected.   All IGFA 20# tippet and blue marlin is not an easy thing to do.

James is headed out today for some redemption on conventional tackle.

One thing has not changed

The tuna fishing is still really good.   All we wanted yesterday plus a couple of sailfish and a dorado.
