Plenty of action

We did it all over the past week, Capt. James and first mate Berto joined us on the "other side" of Costa Rica for some tarpon fishing, it was spectacular, wtih Berto catching his first three tarpon within the first hour of being on the water.

The day before heading to Barra del Colorado, we fished the Dragin Fly, plenty of dorado, but no sails. A nice school of tuna kept us busy for the last two hours of the day.

AFter the tarpon trip, we were back on the Dragin Fly. This time we did find the sails, at least a couple, also plenty of dolphin and a hot bottom fishing bite, catching 20+ grouper and tilefish for dinner.

Hopefully some pics to follow.

Can't wait to get down there

Big tarpon bite going on the Carribbean side, some I'm headed that direction, but will be stopping in Los Suenos for a day or two on the Dragin Fly. Hopefully, I'll get you some new photos and first hand reports.

Couple of sails and 9 of those big mahi mahi yesterday. Jacks and grouper for dinner on the half day inshore trip on Friday.
