fly pics
The sailfishing has slowed a bit, but still good, raising double digit numbers each day. Here are some pics from this past week, some sailfish on the fly. We had good enough fishing that we went exploring and caught some bottom fish for dinner.
Enjoy:

marlin bite is back
Yep,
That marlin bite rematerialized, catching 1-3/day, plus a few sails. Good and steady fishing which should get better as we get into April. Last year April was our best month.
Me, hard at work......it's called an office day.

report
We've had some great sailfishing the last several days with daily double digit catch numbers. The word was on the dock yesterday afternoon that the marlin bite we had lasw week is showing up again. The guys went that direction today.

Tournament Report, Day 3
I've got to get the numbers together and will follow with a full report and pics, but the Dragin Fly did a great job. We could never catch up with the leaders, but caught marlin every day of the tournament. I'll have some pics and stats to follow, but in short, it was great to be a part of such a red hot marlin bite. On at least 6 different occasions we had 3-6 marlin in the baits at one time.
We ended up in 10th place out of 44 boats.
More to follow with pics!!!
